Kim Jennings is no stranger to hard work, determination, and embracing a challenge head-on to achieve her goals. Representative of her ambitious and high achieving nature, Kim was recently inducted into the USC Hall of Fame in 2018 for her ability to obtain All American status in soccer and basketball. One of only 9 two sport full scholarship athletes, her tenacity to be the best has shaped her into who she is today. Graduating from USC in 1999, she retained the true Trojan spirit to FIGHT ON. With this driving competitive spirit, Kim worked tirelessly to create a winning atmosphere for her clients as well. Unsurprisingly, she has earnestly built her reputation as a top producing agent through earning prestigious accolades, including Presidents Club, and securing a spot in the Top 1% of agents in Santa Clara County.

Currently living in Morgan Hill, CA, she takes the time to enjoy the little things that life has to offer. The small town, family-friendly environment allows her the benefit of watching her three boys play sports, traveling, working out, and spending time with her family.
